How do you separate the dial and spring assembly? Just remove the snap ring?

I had to move the snap ring up the dial a bit to get the spring assembly off the roll pin. Reassembling it was easy. I fully seated the dial, put the snap ring on, and the spring assembly threaded right on. Not sure what the difference was. I did one at a time to make sure I was putting the roll pin back into the correct hole on the spring assembly.

I got my wiper motor mounted and correctly working both the high and low speeds. Rebuilt the wiper harness with supplies from @Coolerman and his detailed instructions in his Wiper Science write up from the switch to the motor were outstanding.

I was able to top it off with a great new switch cover ....made by @ BIG RENO AL

Another MUD discovery was Hosa Contact Spray....worked great.

Whats a FJ40 tub trailer worth, if you don't mind me asking? I have a 68 (or 69) parts vehicle that I am thinking of making a trailer out of just for the fun of it, but don't know if all of the parts are worth as much as keeping it whole?

I was lucky and got it for $1,100... but if you price it in parts alone your looking at about ~$2,500 not including labor.

Made up the brake hard lines. I've got the front done and now the rear is half done. I gotta shove 2ft of snow away from it if I want to be able to crawl under it and start working on the last of the rear. One 25ft roll is enough to do everything but the rear axle from the looks of it so I'll need to pick up another one. My little Master cyl spacer plate gives just enough clearance to get the bit 9/16" tube nut on without having to clearance the firewall rib.

Might finish that tomorrow if it doesn't snow again.
