I had the same issue. Their web site states that you "need" to trim the plastic... Nah; I trimmed the CBI brackets with a metal cut off wheel to fit around the hood line and plastic trim; repainted and problem resolved.

Haven't sent back yet, but agree...I'm not cutting that much plastic to fit a light bracket (yeah I know I trimmed a bunch for bumpers...lol)

Would you mind taking a photo of your adjustment? I thought about heating and bending it up as well.

Booboo kit in the empty tailgate hatch. A Blue Ridge Overland pouch fits perfect, and the 2 smaller cubes are for the more commonly needed ibuprofen doses or basic bandaids

Looks like you don't have a rhino platform on, am I correct? Just crossbars on the backbone rail? If so, can you show/tell me which bars you use and how you attached them? thanks!
Correct, no platform. I used two of these hardened steel crossbars, and drilled into them to allow for the standard M8 retention bolts that come with the Rhino backbone to be inserted from underneath. Used a magnetic retriever to position the channel nut inside the crossbar and bolted up from underneath the Rhino backbone tabs. It would have been easier (but a little pricier) to use the Rhino HD crossbar- no drilling required as it has the slot for the channel nut built in. I used only two of the crossbar mount points- the Roofnest is very rigid, and doesn't seem to need a third. This is identical to the setup I ran for several thousand miles on an FJ.

So my alignment guy tells me I am almost exactly 1” lower driver front than passenger front. Both sides at 24 threads. Called Slee they say if I did not follow a certain process when installing my Ironman 4x4 lift it’s probably the KDSS over correcting. He said there is some kind of bleeding process to correct it?

Why do you have so much rake? The back looks 6 inches higher.

Part of it has to do with I bought 400lb constant load 2” springs and pretty sure I don’t have enough weight. Also maybe it’s this KDSS problem.
Your probably going to have to get a rear bumper and drawer system installed to fix that issue.

Added some cheap 6” LED Amazon lights to the rear hatch with a switch. I had an old switch laying around. Less than $20 all in, it’s a solid cheap mod.

Are you getting any kind of warnings on your dash for taking out the rear seat? When I took mine out for a couple of days I got a warning related to the SRS system. Didn't know if there was a way to clear that warning and keep it from coming back. Techstream?

Gotta stick resistors into the disconnected wiring harness to get rid of the dash light. Meanwhile...don’t worry... -The other airbags function just fine whether or not you get rid of the warning.

Sure; No problem. Here's a pic. I trimmed a small cut out around the hood line and cut off a good angle to clear the plastic cowling. This is the passenger/right side. Hope this helps

Swapped out the Roofnest mounting brackets for nice billet units from Wheel Every Weekend. They were nice shiny bare aluminum, so naturally I painted them prior to install. Yellow Chromate then SEM Trim Black. Much nicer to look up through the sunroof at.
