I don't want to de-rail this thread but I have a M1101 as well. Do you have a thread that shows how you did the electric brakes and bolt pattern change on the trailer?
It has been 4 months since I have traded in my LC16 for LC20. Until last weekend I only had time to replace wheels (to 13-15 LX570 powder coated gun metal) which I had on my LC16 and move to KO2 tires. Last weekend had some time so did more work.
In summary installed:
- DRLs around fogs
- Premium horns
- Aussie Toyota OEM Push Bar
- Off-road lights (added yellow covers)
- replaced rear fog lights to LED version. Comes on with lights on
- Wired V1 radar detector with concealed display
- camera

Are the premium horns substantially louder?
[/QUOTE}
I added a pickup tailgate LED brake/turn signal light bar on the roof rack for added visibility.
No, but instead of communicating, "put the phone down, you f'ing moron, the light is green," it gets the same effect but with more panache. Are the premium horns substantially louder?
I think these may be next on my list. Finally installed Bud Built shock guards that I've had for a month. Thanks @Taco2Cruiser for the 28mm tip
Hoping to get to ours next weekFinally installed Bud Built shock guards that I've had for a month. Thanks @Taco2Cruiser for the 28mm tip
Any chance you would share an audio clip of the horns? No, but instead of communicating, "put the phone down, you f'ing moron, the light is green," it gets the same effect but with more panache.
You will not be disappointed either in design or ruggedness.I think these may be next on my list.
Curious, which mfr, size spacers? Contemplating similar, still getting some kdss rub with my 295/70/17 on RW.Put on my spacers... driver side rear sticks out a bit too much....

Was thinking of similar, but to also serve as an aux backup light. Some will do white.
Spidertrax 1.25" spacers. I don't know if my lift has settled more and the axle has centered back up a bit or I'm getting used to it, but the amount they were poking isn't bothering me. I actually love the stance now.Curious, which mfr, size spacers? Contemplating similar, still getting some kdss rub with my 295/70/17 on RW.
lol, just found out the answer is yes (albeit close)!
You can install the sliders with no rocker panels. Once your new LC rocker panels arrive, they can be snapped on above them. The 3/4 inch gap you need to leave can be measured from the lowest metal body panel. You need to remove the old ones anyway, might as well do that now. Once you have them off it should make sense. Can you confirm that you've done this? Slee told me that the LC rocker panels had to be done first before putting the sliders on. I have the sliders for the 2013 LX570 but am waiting on the LC rocker panels to arrive before installing them. Thanks!
