After A few months of ownership, just completed the first major upgrade on my 2016: a new set of Evo Corse Dakar Zeros with 285/70/17 KO2s. Absolutely loving them. I think they totally transform the look of vehicle. Zero rubbing with stock suspension and the feel is great so far. Excited to get back out on the trails.

Next up will be a Gobi Stealth rack with rear ladder. My goals for this build are long(ish) term international travel with the family, so trying to keep weight, complexity, and conspicuous-ness down and as many stock components as possible.

Have you by chance measured your new front and rear track widths? I'm under the impression that 1.75" spacers would be required on the rear to match the track width of the Tundra conversion up front.

I'm measuring front 75in and rear 75in to the outside of the tires (approximate, not accounting for sidewall bulge etc. i.e. one person tape measure). The front track width also depends on lift, and changes throughout the suspension stroke. It's close enough for me not to notice a difference while driving, or a visual difference when parked.

Regearing to 4.88s expensive? What type of gains will u get?

It's a slippery slope...pretty soon youre doing bearings all around, then lockers, OBA, etc... On the 6 speed models the regear can be quite advantageous. See THIS thread for additional information.

I installed Budbuilt stage 4 Aluminum armor and Stainless Steel rear strut guards.
Painted it gray to give it more protection from salt / ice / snow and used anti seize for the stainless steel hardware.

I asked for them to be prepped and paid extra for it (around $150.00 extra if remember correctly) - they wired off the aluminum surface scale.
I used Acetone to wipe them clean before applying industrial strength steel alkyd coating x 2.
The reason for going Aluminum:
They sure are beefy at nearly 7mm thick and very light (total (110 lbs) and I removed easy about 50 lbs of the original metal / plastic hardware to install them, so outside of chassis feeling a bit more stiff (a good thing) there is absolutely no feeling of weight gain.
Gouging of aluminum is not much issue with me as I live in Midwest and don't do much rock climbing and honestly I wouldn't see any issue using them for that once I saw how solid they are.

That is what i used for paint and applied it with a brush and a small paint roller:
