Easy swap? Mine are in the garage
They are fairly straightforward. They are held in by a single bolt. Soak the bolt in PB Blaster via the small opening and then just use a pipe wrench to loosen the factory bumpstop. It is all one piece so as you twist the bumpstop loose the bolt turns as well.
For installation, I super glued the head of the new bolt into the new bumpstop so I could twist it on most of the way and then just tighten it up with the provided Ellen wrench. Easy peasy!

+1 Same trick with some double sided tape to keep the new bolt head tight inside the bump stop hole while getting the bolt started. Once started, I could spin it on like an oil filter. Only needed the provided Allen wrench for a final tightening at the end. Easy job for sure.

To confirm you out yours on the front position right?

That’s where I put mine. Left the factory bumps on the rear part of the frame above LCAs

Idk how the recovery points even came to look like this... but they all did.
Quick sanding and rattle can .... Back to normal.
did this on the PS+DS points up front and hook in back.

Also serp belt replacement and center diff bushing.

Have yet to replace my mishimoto radiator for the THIRD TIME. Will post another update on that when I do. What a joke. Never order a mishimoto replacement radiator for 100 series Lexus/Land Cruiser.

I actually put mine on the rear position of the front LCAs. The rears engage before the fronts!
Also, pretty sure Timbren recommends replacing rears when you have two bumps stops on each front corner: "b) Where four bump stops exist, remove rear bumpstop"

I’m not sure which is better. My reasoning for putting the Wheelers bumps in the front was because they’re longer and will make contact sooner with the LCA, which might not be great for the weaker rear arm of the LCA that is known to crack.

Real bummer is when I went to turn on the factory bump
It didn’t move a single bit. s***’s a bit titanic’ish....under the sea style

As the director of a Level 1 trauma center ED for the last 12 years and EMS prior to that, maybe not a great idea. Airbags are a god thing. That being said, I have proven time and time again I have the ability to make poor decisions.

My whole life has been a series of poor choices and hasty decisions. I see no reason to change now.
