There's no place around here to cut trees... unless you want cedar. I'm sure we'll go pickup a tree with the trailer this week though. My boy turns 2 in January so this will be his first Christmas where I think he will enjoy it so will be fun for all this year.

Thanks guys! It was a fun day for sure. The little rug-rats specifically asked to take the 40 with the trailer. :D Boys after my own heart.

We're pretty lucky there's many, many farms here within an hours drive. Although one of these years I'd like to make it up into the Sierra's to cut down a tree.

Beautiful family, nice rig and a great tradition!

Making family memories.

Awesome pictures.

Kids nicknames

Yard Ape and the Destructor had be LoL. Great nicknames :D

I got a load of wet firewood today, picture taken after I unloaded a bit…
It was heavy enough to make the springs arch the wrong way!

I think I'm doing it wrong.

I put some timber and tools in it, but it won't hold much more.

Two loads of stone and two loads of stringers. Stringers used to be a corduroy bridge and the stone replaced the bridge.

It was a ton of weight to pull through the trails!! Moonshine had to work hard to get that stone to where it was being dumped.

Nice Job! The Military trailers are truly heavyduty. I have some and plan on building one for my 55.

Question: How do you like pulling one through the trails, as they are pretty wide? My Son uses one behind his Nissan, but doesn't go on trails.

It's not bad at all on the trail!! My truck is pretty wide already, so the trailer doesn't add much. I didn't have to change my driving style at all for the trailer with it unloaded. Loaded with that stone was a different story though
