Replaced the fuel lines to my injector pump after having suspicions of sucking air in. Took it for a test drive out through some state forest today, it's running much smoother and quieter and was able to back the fuel screw out a fair bit without detriment.

Didn't do much. Just cleaned the intake and throttle body, had RC service the injectors, put in a new VSV, EGR, all new vacuum lines, cleaned the valve cover and swapped out the gasket, put in a new dizzy o-ring, replaced the air filter, new PCV, and a few other bits I forgot. Runs like a top.

I contemplated changing out the original PHH on my 203k miles LC. But then I decided if it's lasted this long, what the heck, let's see how long we can go.
