Sweet! Now I know! Next time i get up there I’ll go check it out. Thanks for the tip, Marine7!Freeman Park is where the Heeps usually hang out when their out of high school for the day! The should of went to the other end of Carolina Beach, Ft Fisher..... MUCH bigger, a lot more sand, and you are out on a point.... away from everything. Plus this time of year it’s open 24/7. Freeman Park “wannabees” wet their pants if told to drive out there.
We did a few things
You might pass me up on i80, I will be heading west into Colorado from Long Island, but I will be on 80 till Bigs Springs, NE

Dude Ive gotten smoked in Mass. they throw salt if they think it may snow. Ive been powerwashing her twice a week at least.Yeah, I will be keeping an eye out for the Green Monstah, might look more like the salty monstah with all the stuff they spray on the roads for these storms
Oh you werent wrong lots of chances for shiite to go bad, bt sometimes fun comes from doing stupid shiite.Wow, I must be getting old. That video looks like a compilation of idiotic behavior. I saw many opportunities for things to go quite badly (anybody get giardia?) Now, GET OFF MY LAWN!
Worse and worse every year, they have even called state of emergencies becuase its "going" to snow, no one ALLOWED to drive, which is why I drive away often and stay away. Mass. is a bunch of babies, they hate my rig.Maybe it’s just me but it seems like this year they are salting the roads like there’s no tomorrow... I’ve seen cars runnng out of the northeast and the salt is crusted on them so thick you can hardly tell the original color. Nuts
Remember, it's all fun till someone gets hurt, then it's hilarious!Wow, I must be getting old. That video looks like a compilation of idiotic behavior. I saw many opportunities for things to go quite badly (anybody get giardia?) Now, GET OFF MY LAWN!
well you know the truck so hit me on the CB if you see me.
Somebody's going to have to say it....... That'll buff out, off and running in no time at all. Glad your OK
This weekend I was reminded that ice does not give a damn about you, your BFGs, your Full-Time 4WD, or your factory lockers.
Sunday, 2018-01-07, 11:15PM, Crestwood, KY.
Alone. On a slight, but what turned out to be iced covered, curve. Through someone's mailbox and into their front yard.
Shortly after I finished my 911 call, a pickup came around the same slight curve, 180'd while still on the road, and ended up backwards, in the ditch, against a fence, on the opposite side of the road. Except they stayed right side up. The first responding office almost lost it off the side of the road. Then another car almost hit the officer's cruiser, the officer (outside of his cruiser), and went into the same ditch as the pickup.
Eventually flipped her back over. Let her sit for a minute. Checked fluids. Started right up. The police, fire, and ems crews all got a kick out of that.
Couldn’t drive anywhere except the grass and up to the flatbed though. Punctured tire(s), cracked rim(s), separated and spidered windshield, etc.
Oh, and the moonroof came out, in one un-shattered piece (pictured), when I was slammed into and through it.
I remembered last night that I found my hat many, many feet back behind the cruiser. None of my windows were open prior. The moonroof was the only thing "open" after.
I'm fat (very), so your mileage may vary.
I'm also sore (very).
Buckle up, kids.

When almost to Iowa, let @LS1FJ40 know. He's in Cedar Rapids.
