That interior looks more like the new LC 250 than a 60! Seems like you are always refining something on your truck 👏
Haha thanks man! The kind words are appreciated, nerding out on little stuff like this is a ton of fun. I actually am working on something small to add today! ill try and get it posted here, i think its actually pretty neat.

How do you like the grab bar? I have one in a drawer, for a few years now, couldn't bring myself to drill holes in my 60 dash.......yet.
Man it’s freaking awesome. My wife loves it. I will say. Getting to the nuts on the back sucks. I need to go in and out some big fender washers in there. I thought the flange nuts would be enough but there’s like just a little flex when you pull on it

So I’ve been wanting to do this for a while. A year or so I found a cluster from like a bj or hj or something or other but dude wanted like $400 for it and it was 24v. It had a factory diff lock indicator for front and rear where the seatbelt warning usually goes.

I used the arb compressor harness to mount a dial locker switch from an 80 series in my dash and I used a defrost switch for the compressor switch. This indicator was the last part. Unfortunately the actual arb lockers are sitting in boxes still but oh well. I sent the photos and measurements for the opening to Mo faraz and like all of my other decals, He knocked it out of the park. These are available and they’re really inexpensive

Also found out I have a water leak in my driver kick panel somewhere. My tach stopped working and went to check the Dakota digital tach signal box and when I turned it over water poured out of it. Awesome

how do you like that head unit? I would love it if they would put a freaking volume knob in the lower left corner
Man outside of not having a volume knob this headunit is awesome. Wireless CarPlay is kinda spotty sometimes but I normally just always use plug in car play. You can run a hdmi off the back of it and unlock the screen and mirror anything through the hdmi onto the screen. Laptop, cell phone, whatever. I watched all 3 LOTR movies on my drive from Tennessee to Oregon

Might just convince me with that argument to ignore the volume issue! very nice

Spa treatment for the front axle.. narrowed / reinforced perches and installed new front springs. Now it’s laser straight and ready for the next 20 years of abuse

Installed the Huracan tailgate storage yesterday. Purchased via the group buy in the small business section. Awesome product, everything installed as expected, and was about 2 hours start to finish, a lot of which was finding some of my power tools, wrenches, etc.

Still need to install mine, any tips?

I used the shipping box to block the trunk area to avoid any metal debris getting in back.

I'm probably not the model installer as I didn't drill guide holes or a pen to draw guide lines, just put the huracan on top to visualize, then followed the raised edges on the top and bottom as they suggest and left plenty of metal on the sides to reuse the original holes that hold the carpet in. I cut using a Dremel Sawmax and it was fast and easy. Used a multi purpose blade and it left fairly smooth edges that needed a little cleanup. My plan is to add some ultra thin soundmat on the exposed edges to ensure I never get cut even though I was careful to file down.

Make sure to wear long sleeves, eye and ear protection, and go at it.

Got one C channel in. Still need some more torquing as it started raining and I only had a 1 foot socket wrench and everything was covered in sticky marine grease. It looks like I cant put one bolt in right above the hanger due to interference with the other bolt. And on the far left, the new channel isnt as long as the original since it angles up and a simple c channel wont work. If I ever have time I'll mark out the shape for an extension, remove it, and weld it in so the last two holes have bolts. Right now theres a few inches of un-reinforced c frame. In reality, I'll probably take the body off the frame first and in that case I'll probably remove the channels and instead box in the whole rear part of the frame.
