I’m looking for radiator recommendations please. I have a crack in the plastic on top of the rad. They appear to be discontinued from toyota.
Mines a 1997 with the 3.4l engine.

Storm clean up after losing 6 full size (60-80 ft) trees in my yard after the microburst last week.
Borrowed a dump trailer from a friend, the old T100 towed it great in 2 Low (4 Low with the front manual hubs unlocked).
Top speed was about 35 mph but that was just fine for the 2 mile drive to the nearest storm waste collection area.
Quite proud of the old T100, she earned herself a full fluid change including diffs and drivetrain.

Cool bumper. Custom?

It's an NWTI weld up kit with a full tube guard and light cutouts. They ship a flat packed kit to the nearest Fastenal. Great product and great communication. Specs are below.

1993-1998 T100 Winch bumper kit - https://nwtrailinnovations.com/toyota-T100-bumpers/toyota-T100-1993-1998-winch-bumper-kit

I welded it up and sprayed raptor liner thru a shutz gun. It has held up well for 4 years or so.

This was the only T100 specific bumper kit available at the time. The other option is to mod an ARB but I really like this setup

I pulled the radiator this morning. Not a bad life for the original.

This thread makes me want to add a T100 to the mix, such cool and great trucks!

If anyone spots a vey clean sub150k mile manual transmission 4x4 XTra Cab from a dry climate, please send my way.

Alright may have a T100 target identified!

Anyone one know where I can find a new, rebuilt, or good known working properly used Air Bag Module for a 95’ model.

Toyota saying NLA for a 1995 model and Safety Restore only does certain functions on ~03’ and newer.

that was a fast find

Yeah, it is kind of an unusual circumstance, just have to solve the air bag conundrum to satisfy the seller for it to move forward.

Anyone who can point me in the direction of a new or known functioning module would be greatly appreciated!

used on eBay may be the quickest bet to move the deal forward. I doubt they are function tested though.

Car-part.com (Junkyard Search engine)

Looks like 410 Auto Wrecking (Toyota Yard) in Buckley WA has some, they will ship.

I bought a steering wheel clockspring and airbag ECU from them because I was getting intermittent airbag codes (warning light).

Always tinkering with the old T. Such a great vehicle for its time period…. Been sitting on a rack for a week waiting on some bits and pieces….

Proper $1.50 pilot bearing removal tool…. 😂😂👍👍

I was feeling pretty good about myself for the cooling system work I’ve been doing until I woke up and saw Onurs work above.
Your pics and work is awesome!!!

Installed a new fan clutch and fan blade two nights ago. I opened the clutch and piddled with the timing and silicone oil because I like trouble.

Blue fan clutch mod...Thread has gone to hell, read at your own risk

History: On my first drive this summer after replacing my transmission I was having an overheat condition with the truck. On the following weekend while towing a camper it was real severe in the 230* range. After returning I was able to confirm that my Blue hubbed fan clutch was to blame...

The original fan clutch wasn’t coupling properly anymore.
