1hdt, and just the factory 2 piece log manifold. Nice new studs and all that jazz. Seems to be running pretty good, it’s crazy how much quieter these motors are when it’s all sealed up properly
I just removed the original two-piece exhaust manifold w/turbo yesterday. Been on there for almost 34 years. Have new studs, new Gturbo 350 and PDI Intercooler. Wondering about the manifold, did you try to order new collar, rings, etc that go between the two manifold pieces? Or just order a new manifold? Mine is a bit rusty and was going to soak in Evapo-rust.

How's the removal? I've got a tick from the driver's side, more noticeable in the wheel well and I suspect exhaust leak.

Would be best to order new rings, with the rubber o-rings and metal collar that joins the two manifold pieces together to be safe. I used a tiny dab of grease to keep the rings in place as the manual does specify an orientation when putting it back together.

Removal was a bit tough, exhaust system is really tight but undid all the hangers and some wiggling got it free. Didn't have any ticking before removal.

Even after a new manifold, gaskets, new turbo and the whole shebang mine still ticks. Most folks have said it’s just harmonics of the motor itself

Nah this is a more recent tick and not the one I've grown to love.

I have aftermarket exhaust that drops right out.

Nice, mine came with a brand new Magnaflow muffler with all pipes welded as one. Not the easiest to move around.

I installed a legendex system.

How did you get on with the backed sealing rings ? were you able to free them ?
I had the same issue and was not able to free them with some patience - I believe that I just put them back together like that. Maybe I smeared a bit of exhaust sealant on the male piece to avoid hardened up sealant being trown towards turbo. I have forgotten about them due to zero leakage.

I talked to Georg @CruiserBrothers I used a sharp chisel and hammer and the old rings broke easily and came out. Got a brand new set from @cruiserparts.net They have an amazing availability of parts. They snapped right in. The manifolds fit together nice and tight. I haven't gotten it all back in the truck because the new Gturbo 350 isn't aligned right. And I cannot find anything online on how to rotate (clock) the turbo. Any assistance is appreciated.

I was just going to buy the parts from part souq.

Oops! I must have been high on turbo diesel fumes!

I put the battery maintainer on my Cummins powered Ram.
It has a parasitic draw someplace and I am too lazy to trace it down. I think it is maybe the trailer brake controller.
