Wild, we also just did a factory windshield on a white 78.
Not bad. Lasted 14 years of pretty tough global travel.

This is a great shot showing why the later windshields have that fat black band on the edge.

Hi Ofer: Yes. 2010 HZJ78. They have been our clients for about a year during their travels in North America.
We did a once over and some maintenance before they head to Central and South America for the next year or so. Then they are shipping the truck to Oceania for more travel.
Wonderful couple. And Ernst is a retired engineer for a Tier 1 automotive parts supplier to Toyota, so the fact they kept coming back to have us work on their 78 during their travels was a great reinforcement to our worldview associated with Land Cruisers here at our small, regional shop. We are super happy to have met them and become friends.
I can say one thing Onur… they are lucky to have met you and work on their rig mate!
