I wonder if there is a '90 HZJ-73 that is not this color, RHD or LHD?

Decided to “personalize” my ice chest. (So some 80 Series guy wouldn’t mistakenly grab it

Couple 77 series and military trailer spa days here recently. Replaced all my window/door seals and felts. Made a huge difference in interior sound. LH side whistle is finally gone. Replaced the PS window motor with a new unit. Fast action now. Coffee drive thru employee super thankful. Did the timing belt/tensioner/spring and water pump jobby. R/R the t-stat, radiator hoses, clamps , belts and fan clutch while I was in there. New brake pads all around. Moved EGT and boost gauges to a SaaS pillar pod. Made room for water and trans temp gauges. Added ARK trailer steadies to the rear and their jockey wheel to the front of the M416. Dig em! Switched out the pintle/lunette for a Max Coupler set-up. Extended the tongue about 16" and re-worked the electrical then did a shake down run last weekend. None of those projects made it any less cold/rainy. Good times.
I got my sides, floor and first cabinet dry fitted. I missed the height of the floor when measuring clearance, so now the vent interferes with the back of the cabinet.... now to decide to notch the cabinet or notch the vent.
That is one sharp looking 74!
Pretty close to what I'd like to do. Did you use SketchUp or something or just write down measurements?
The cabinet was designed using a CAD program called Rhino. Then I had it cnc cut. I would definitely go that route again, I was able to get a level of accuracy that would’ve taken ages otherwise. The floor was done by creating a template from 3mm MDF and then copying that to 12mm ply designed for Ute decks. It’s got a very durable and slightly grippy surface. The sides were done using the stock door cards as a template onto 3mm ply and cut by hand.

Actually a really nice pair of cruisers. Love the te37s. I've yet to see them on anything that they didn't look instantly better than whatever was on there before.
The more I see that later grille swapped in, the more I think I need to do same. The red badge retrofitted looks good on there too...

As some of you may know, I got a Kaymar bumper earlier this year. I really liked the custom bumper I had bought and put on there before but had the opportunity to get a Kaymar to try out so I went with that since the Kaymar has bigger wings and all. It seemed like the perfect fit for me at the time.
Fast forward to present day, I have really grown to dislike swing outs so I took the Kaymar back off to look into modifying it and removing the swing outs entirely, which includes removing the posts on it but I never did get that far so I put it aside for future project because I really do like the rest of the Kaymar bumper and would still like to modify it as a long term goal. Right now I need to enjoy and use the HZJ77 as I have a camping trip happening soon.
For the time being, I decided to get a bumper kit from Japan (along with some fiberglass side trim that attaches to the OEM flares) to keep me happy for now because I am done messing with bumpers for awhile. The wiring of the LED lights was pretty easy since I already did wiring for the LED lights that were on the Kaymar bumper. I used a modified Toyota Camry trailer harness to avoid doing any splicing into the factory harness back when the Kaymar was installed which has worked for me flawlessly. I can easily go back to original wiring configuration anytime I want to. This new bumper is pretty heavy with the steel being 6mm thick. While the package wasn't super big, it felt more than 40 lbs easily.
