You don’t happen to have a part number for just that plate do you?
The truck (and the faceplate) is across town at Odd Iron. I’ll try to get the information tomorrow.

Part numbers for my '94 FZJ75. Should be the same.

81942SHEET, HEATER CONTROL NAME
55519-60160W(HEATER), FRONT1$19.41
55519-60180FRONT1$19.41
55519-60200W(BOOST VENTILATOR), FRONT1$19.41
55519-60220W(BOOST VENTILATOR & AIR CONDITIONER), FRONT

Where have you been? Factory A/C and heat (which is often missing). Also tilt steering and power wing mirrors. High cotton. :D
I’m old and forget a lot of things.

It's a discontinued part.

The correct part number is 55519-60180.

I should have just asked you a long time ago...

I have stubbornly trying to ID whether I could order just the faceplate. I have an AC-only control assembly and faceplate in my truck now. And I have a heater-only control assembly and faceplate in my parts pile. It appears I can combine the two assemblies into one "both AC and heat" control assembly. Except for the faceplate. Until today I'd come to the mistaken conclusion I was going to have to source a dual control assembly to get that faceplate.

Should have brought this up to Onur and the Mud trust awhile back... hopefully doing the heater addition to the Troopy this winter.

After reaching out to some local people who do graphics and/or design related stuff, I found out there is very little interest in getting someone to fine tune speedometer face image I had. Probably too small of a job for them. I gave up on that quickly.

So I just worked on the image some more at home to the best of my ability and printed a test version out on a sheet of (10 mil thickness) magnetic paper. I will punch out the holes and trim it later. I am not in a rush since I have so much other stuff going on right now.

I will make another version with the T-belt hole and text when I get more time which was the main reason why I am doing this in the first place.

Overall it is a pretty nice for my amateur abilities.

Dear sir. I would pay USD for one. ;-)

I would also pay for one.

There was another mudder (@Bob Otte) that had made vinyl overlays in MPH only. I was trying to get one from him but he's been offline for awhile.

Some one else on here had recommended one from Lockwood International. Looks like it would work, but at a £ 110 it is a little pricey.:

@FJ73Texas if you are happy with your results and make a few PM me, I would be interested one.

I bookmarked that Lockwood one awhile back... and every once in awhile I check on it. And I can never convince myself that MPH is worth that price. If it was like £50, or even £75, I'd have probably bit the bullet already.
