The u-bolt flip kits are readily available.

Contact Dave Gore: @lcwizard on MUD. Be specific about the orientation of your shocks when ordering these.

Springs are Terrain Tamer from Georg at Valley Hybrids. @orangefj45

 buddy.

When I looked into this a couple years ago he did not have anything for the rear with staggered shocks and cable diff locks.

@cruiserdan Staggered shocks aren't an issue but I still don't have an answer for cable locks on the flip kit.
I've never had a cable locked cruiser in my possesion so I cant really say what the fix would be or even if there's enough of
them to build for. Flipkits for the standard trucks are a 50 kit per year item spread between 40, 55 , 60 70 series.
CNC machines make a 4 hour manual job into a one hour job. The machining for the lower plates is outsourced.
He has a 50 piece minimum to setup a cnc mill. He actually manufactured a fixture that holds four plates at a time.
Each fixture is dedicated that that and only that part. He hold three fixtures, the wide 60 rear with shock pin, narrow 40 rear/60 front
with pin and the 40 front without pin. I get one , maybe two requests a year for a cable lock plate so they would have to be done on
a manual mill in low numbers. I couldn't maintain the price on a one off item. I would assume changes would have to be made top and bottom.

The right-side shock is pushed forward to clear the lock actuator. It could be as simple as making the pin stick out that additional distance. I'm sure you would need a truck to see if that is feasible.

I'd be the one wanting to add overkill to support the extended leverage. Maybe start with a 1" shock pin and narrow it to the 18 or 16mm shoulder only when it came to that point. In addition , add length to the base plate if it didn't interfere. It's the ifs that worry me.
I assume one side is unencumbered so only one plate is an issue

The right side mounts in front of the axle housing. This shot is not the best but you can see how far forward it is shifted.

that exhaust dump placement should make for a sleepy long drive.

Have made several of these already on my 70 series and never had an issue

Toyota heavily reinforced it as i would assume. I don't think i could just extend the pin. I would have to build a longer plate...
but maybe not. Like I said about building a different plate, I'd have to machine 50 at a time. I was kinda hoping to retire sometime next year.
What is that offset from the u-bolt? 2"? 2 1/2"?.

@lcwizard and @cruiserdan, what about relocating the upper shock pin on the frame cross member to the backside?

Does that screw up the suspension as Mr. T intended?

Would that allow for using the plates as built?

I remember when I was communicating with you lcwizard that was an option I was thinking could work.

I can't actually assess anything without seeing one and cycling the suspension at least partially

I’m not with cruiser otherwise I’d take detailed pics. I’ll take a look and some pics when I’m back home Sunday.

New bar installed and flexing out the new parabolics, smart coils and pro shocks. Very very happy with the result, I couldn't get a wheel off the ground where I was. Needless to say, I reckon that's the best I've seen a 79 flex on 2" and 305's.
