I thought the FZJ80 interiors were basically gray or tan. I have tough duck seat covers on my front seats since i got the truck and no rears because of my sleeping platform. i just looked at my rear leather seats that i have in the attic. They are a pretty deep brown, not tan. Did the leather seats come in gray, tan and brown also? Just for reference in have a 94 with manual leather seats.

gray- 91-97
brown- 91-94
tan- 95-97

Never seen manual leather seats. My '94 is grey cloth (love), and my friends '94 is grey electric seats. Aware of the tan, not sure about the any other color in '94.

Off to the interwebs to take a look (although some will probably pipe in here before I get back)

The 91-94 did have manual leather seats, they were a port installed option. I have had a few of them from trucks I have collected, the leather seems to be better than OEM. However, I have only seen tan though, perhaps there was gray???

Also, there were cloth 95-97 seats in a tan base with a red and blue pattern, not sure what you call that. Very rare.

All US spec of course.

Forgot, the 97s and I think 96s, could come in 2-tone too.

I'm sure it's buried here in the archives. But weren't the 2 tones the "40th's" and maybe the "Collectors"?

To lazy to search.

Yea I think that is correct.

Man how is that for a fast, concise to the point answer! I really thought it was tan or gray. My manual leather seats are great. I would not trade the manual seats for power seats ever. I like simple. The leather is so badly ripped that they are more duct tape than leather. But i have the Tough Duck seat covers on them so you cant really tell. Some day i will have to address it. It would be nice to put new seat foam on the driver bottom. But it would feels strange to put new foam on then pull trashed leather over it. Even though it would be covered by my covers.

I know Gulf States Toyota did do grey port installed leather in 94.

Where are all these 98-2007 FZJ80's?? I want one.

Everywhere else except for here.

I'm pretty sure we were the only ones lucky enough to have them made after the hundy was introduced since we never had the 100 series.

We don't usually get different interior color options. Only on imports. The 4th gen 4runner is one of those examples. the 80 was locally built so they stuck with a single interior color..
