so, I replaced my brake light switch and return spring and my stutter persists. The problem seems to be better; it doesn't happen as often but it's definitely still there. I've got some upgraded ground wires so I'll replace those just to rule it out. Next is the TPS, I'll test or replace that and then I guess wiring harness.

Good work going through it. Frustrating but one step closer

4.8 is very close to being ready to pull. Got cross members disconnected, driveshaft removed, shifter linkage disconnected and exhaust piping sans headers removed for more space. Rounded the trans drain bolt as it was over tightened previously so I'll have to replace pan or try and weld a nut on.
Need to disconnect motor mounts and remove intake and it should be ready to yank.

You can drop the trans pan, has re-usable gasket. it is going to dump a lot of fluid out the tail shaft if you do not.

Good call I think I'll do this and try and spill as little as possible. The bolts for the pan look nice so should come out easy. Thanks

Famous last words 😮

Bought a DVS QPM for black friday and some 7" round lights to mount on the bumper. Hopefully I can get the wiring all wrapped up before the end of the year

Pics or it did not happen!

When it arrives I’ll post something. Haha

Got the project back from Roy Hendrick... ended up needing shorty headers which I had shipped to them and everything looks real sharp... it just doesn't start.

Working through circuits and fuses and will get you all a video of how it sounds once I figure it out!

I may have to swing by one day soon and check it out!

Dude! Get it to the meeting. 😛

You’re a beast. I no longer have the will to work on vehicles outside when its below 40

Definitely makes it “harder” to get things done

Henrico County had plans for me after work but I was able to get a few coats of clear down after working a two car accident. Sure felt nice to go from out in the cold to a warm garage.

I plan to get a couple more clear coats on in the morning before work.
