Is it a straight grill swap or are other parts and pieces needed?
Straight swap with one exception, you have to cut a small section of the old mounts off. Nothing hard or sketchy. the Post 95 mounts protrude out a bit. Once you cut them Pre 95 grill bolts right up

This week got brake controller installed, rebuilt an alternator with new bearings and brushes, organized and cleared out a bunch of parts. Cleaned up shop. Tested out trailer with brakes. Much better.

Nice! What are all the doors, hood, hatch etc on the trailer for?
Extra parts that I had from the blue 100 and a 60 hatch that I'm storing at a friends house down the road. He has a massive shop that gets very little use. Sad I know haha

Gotta hate when your tire pees

I'll be replacing the radiator tomorrow morning before a camping trip. We were in MD last weekend and when we came out of a restaurant the hundred was sitting in a puddle of her own coolant, with an embarrassed look on her face. I looked and it was just weeping from the top, so we decided to limp it home.

Well that sucks for sure. The good news here is the 100 radiator replacement is very easy.

good to hear. thanks! I haven't looked at any replacement threads yet, but it seems to be a very similar procedure to the 80 which I did on a very cold January day so this will be better for sure!

Yes but less involved.

Very Nice!
What are the specs?

Sell the old one?
24 limited longhorn 2500 Cummins. Still have my old one, need to clean it and get it listed unfortunately not a trade in type vehicle.

The unfortunate dilemma of having the perfect garage weekend (aka wife and kids out of town with house to myself) without a single part to install or maintenance item to address. Not having the 80 here with me doesn’t help. But hey, I can play with painters tape and visualize my upcoming chop chop session on the GX. Just waiting on 2 parking sensor mounts and a Snowbound Customs stainless washer relocation tank (high mount) to arrive in the coming days so I can knock it all out at once.

I am back to working on my hard top rain gutter. I hand formed the new metal rail and welded in some weld nut things. A little more finish work, then paint and connect to front section and fiberglass

Spent a few hours yesterday rebooting and cleaning up a couple of OEM cv axles to have as trail spares. Shoutout to @FamilyCamper for gifting them to me off of the parts truck! Splines looked good and there was not any play in the housings so I figured this was a better solution than rock auto specials. Two banana job, but my god is it messy.
