I drank 3 Buds last night. Working up my tolerance for this weekend. I bought 2 cases of Bud Light for 3 days of drinking. You think that will be enough?

Sounds like you've got enough water, what beer are you bringing?:grinpimp:

Been drinking some Yuengling, but I see a trip to the Community Tap in my future for a growler of the Stone Brewing Levitation Ale. Let's hope I get there before they kick the keg.

How do you like that place? I've heard good things about it.

That works out to 2/3rds of a beer every hour... not good enough.:bang:

The place is awesome, prices can vary depending on the beer, but the selection is great (they have a ton of bottled beer) and the guys are cool. Plus, you buy 9 growlers, they give you the 10th free...

Do they have any casked beer....that is beer that is usually stored in the basement and is served at that temp.....it's not refrigerated....only place I've ever had it was up in nashville....it is some tasty beer....drinkin PBR tonight...also tasty

Reviving this thread with some new libations on tonight's menu:

DRAFTY KILT SCOTCH ALE
A roasty scotch ale with a hint of smoke. Full-bodied, but not overpowering. Smokey, but not in a creepy bar kind of way. Sweet, but not obnoxiously so. Sound like your ideal mother-in-law? Fair enough, but it also is a pretty dead-on description of our Scotch Ale. In a difficult hop-growing climate, Scottish brewers relied on other ingredients to impart flavor and bitterness – one such ingredient was smoked malt. Drafty Kilt is a dark, malty bombshell of a beer.

PROFILE
7.2% ABV
26 IBUs
Hops: Columbus and Willamette hops
Grain Bill: Includes cherrywood-smoked malt, chocolate malt, and roasted barley

also in the beer fridge this week:

Maduro Brown Ale
ABV:5.5% IBU:25 OG:14 SRM:24
Available year round

Maduro is a Northern English-style brown ale with some American affectations. Maduro is higher in alcohol than the common English brown ale and features flaked oats in the malt bill which imparts a silky body and works to mesh the roasted, toasted and chocolate components together in Maduro's complex malt profile. The end result is a remarkably full-flavored yet approachable and sessionable brown ale that pairs well with mild to medium cigars.
