... You may want to add a leaf to stiffen them up.

x2

You need kids to slow you down a little.

That was funny because I know exactly what you're talking about!

The build is looking good and having that nice kit sure does save some time. Don't give the pipe cutter back yet, you can shorten your rear driveshaft that way and you get a nice clean cut to keep things lined up. ;)

quit your whinning :hillbilly:

Did you get your toybox bolted together last night?

I'm not whining. I wouldn't have it any other way. Brenden know what I'm talking about.

No the new bearings should be in today. He stoped by on his way out of town and gave me the low down on assembly and recommended a few things. We got the input gear flush with the idler gear so that's a load off. I'll post pics of reassembly in my thread when I get to it.

Thanks Tim:beer:

wow... I'll be 10" longer :hhmm: . this gonna make for an interesting skidplate/crossmember :D

Well you know chubby girls have big bellies.

lol

My 40 on 40" Iroks is a hair under 23"

;)

so tonight I'm bummed.

Set the pinion angle, welded the drivers perch in and found out the perch is a good half inch taller. Right know i really want to cut it out and get Dan to send me the right perch :crybaby:. Thats about four hours of cutting and grinding and resetting everything that I don't want to waste. my other thought is to just cut some .5" plate and weld it to the drivers side plate. :frown:

Only good thing is I got my Marlin Crawler shock hoop in on the drivers side :D. Had so straddle the steering box. With a 14" shock I have about 3.5"s of rod showing. no pics

I was right @ 24" to the bottom of the frame.........on 42s......full frame.....on leafs. :D

Hey Let me know what you want to do. The girls are sick so I am staying home with them tomorrow. If I get a chance when they are down for a nap I'll get after the perches.

BTW, as it sits now (Rockwells, full frame +, leafs) it's @ 27.5"
