dropped the price. new transmission is in and trying to work but I need to put more fluid in it but I am absolutely not putting another dollar into this. It has to go. A lot happened since the last update and I am finished. this is the end of the project for me.

exhaust is done. custom twin disk clutch and trans adapter being machined as we speak by a company that started by making transfer case adaptors for rally teams and moved to making fancy transmission adapters and whatnot. Rallye Kraft - https://rallyekraft.com/ if anyone in interested in seeing his work, website is still in progress but he makes cool stuff. I am going for a dual 3SGTE disk with 3SGTE pressure plate kit. I already have the short shaft R150F, the driveshafts are the same length and everything, and its a J shift tcase.

its still listed for sale. once the transmission is installed and drives ill be taking it to my uncles shop to have everything welded up solid and then it will be done but hopefully someone buys it before then.

Sounds like you’re making good progress anyway, sucks you won’t get to enjoy all this hard work.
Besides taking a huge hit on the investment as well. Yeah. Unfortunately but someone who has the expendable income to keep a pig going. It would be a cool daily but I've been put off on it from all the BS I've had to deal with doing the swap. I post looking for help on the caster I need to set on the SOA swap, nothing until it's tacked on and then it's "you're not gonna get X if you do that" - adapting the brake lines was another fun one. For a common swap sure seems like there isn't much information until you go to do something incorrectly.

It was fun to build and swap but my journey with it has concluded. I need a pickup truck for the things I do on a daily basis and can't afford to continue setting money on fire and not having anything to show for it but yard art.
