Be sure to clean rust off all the mating surface especially that pulley. You want everything to mate clean and flat. Some may disagree but I like to put a little rust preventer on the surface. Light wipe with oil or wd40. Some say will not get proper friction but rust no good either

That is why I like doing my own work. I always find issues to correct that would have left me broke down in a few months if not addressed

Not sure on yours. But my shroud only has two top bolts. The bottom has two tabs that drop into slot on radiator

The fan shroud has 2 12mm bolts on top and 2 fingers that fit into slots on the bottom of the radiator. No bottom bolts.

if you feel side to side movement on the WPump bearing by hand then its on the way out, it should not have any. Keep in mind that once the engine running and temps increase the movement will be more.

The fan clutch being tight is normal. It works on both centrifugal force and heat whereby internally the valve opens & shuts allowing viscous fluid to engage the clutch for cooling as needed. When the valve opens (hot temps) and fluid goes in the clutch it gets tight and when cool / cold it will close and free up. Having it out and flat on the ground like that the fluid will naturally move around making it feel tight

My last point is whilst you have those things out, hit it with degreaser and give it a good clean. There appears to be lots of caked on dirt & mud which is no good plus makes working on them alot better

Take a look at your radiators and clean any dirt mud out of the fins whilst you have the fan out and all open. As you said some drove this thru 4 feet of mud
