Why in the world would anyone recommend any service manual other than the FREE copy of the manufacturer's service manual, hosted here?

And for the OP, please read the manual. All the combined wisdom, or what passes for it, in all the internet fora in the world pales by comparison.
Eh. I been using Haynes to repair my landcruisers , BMW, Toyota pickup and Saab for over 45 years and worked out well. Sometimes people like a book to take notes. Also. Sometimes the FSM show a hard way to do a job. Like the FSM says remove belts before loosening the pulley bolts. Fsm shows mechanic holding pulley while trying to loosen bolts. Nearly impossible or impossible to do and a great way to cut your hand. Best to leave belt on until you break the bolt loose. FSM assumes no rust on the fj80

Of course not. No manual assumes you will have a rusted, bent or otherwise damaged part. That's why it's called a service manual and not a rebuilding manual.

You should get something like Haynes manual so you know water pump bolt torques. Use good tools and 6 point sockets of right size. If a bolt seems to hard to remove use some pb blaster and let it set a few days. You do not want to break or round off bolt or nut
I habe the fsm 🫶

This all point to either just the loose studs based one of the fan holes looking eggy or cuz with enough oof I can make the bracket move side to side still replace the wp?

Yes and that is why Haynes is good. Actually tells you how to work on a car that is well used and you may not have job specific dealer tool. In any case I usually look at all the manuals fsm, Haynes, Bentley and even come to this forum among others. And they all include some fake information. That is why best to check multiple sources and use ones own education to do the job. If all we need is a fsm then no need for this forum

Can you please write in complete sentences? I'm trying to figure out what the heck you are even talking about and I've read this entire thread and none of it makes sense.

1. Explain your problem(s) clearly.
2. Explain the symptom(s) clearly.
3. Explain what you are seeing/hearing/touching/smelling, etc. Empirical evidence goes a long way.
4. Explain how you want us to assist you.
5. Do the work of getting the correct manual for your year truck. It's available free all over the internet.

Just tear it down and find the issue. Either way it’s got to come apart. let’s roll

1. After changing the belts I pushed down on belts to check tension, discovered the fan pulley move side to side slightly.
2. See 1. Pulley moving.
3. Again pulley moved when checking tension. I retightened 2 times after initial belt swap. Slight belt noise at start up and just noisy period. However I believe thats from the v belts and not the oem belts. Even after using belt dressing spray.
4. Personal insight or knowledge, anyone who has dealt with this so I know what I need. Not just a parts list, the stuff I cant Google. Tell me if its ok to drive or not. And should I tighten up stud bolts and give it a whirl or due to very slight movement with pulley off, should I just replace wp?
5. Yes I have the FSM for it. Thats what I have used for everything. But this issue isn't as cut and dry as for example when I had to rebuild my knuckles or various other things ive replaced from po. Everything ive done to this ive never done before. So its a learning experience as I go. Which im grateful for but also frustrated that rather than being able to build it up, I am constantly replacing stuff po did wrong or neglected.

It is all torn apart lol hence the pics and vids. Im just not super sure now which to begin with. If the studs would cause it or if indeed even the smallest play on wp end means it needs replaced and replaced only. Same w the fan, how much resistance should it have when I try and spin it?

Sorry some reason pic vid not download. The fan should have resistance. It should not easily turn but it should turn with finger pressure. The studs are part of the pump. If they are lose just replace pump. If pump is loose bearings shot. Replace pump. In any case replace pump. You could drive it but never know when it fails catastrophically. The deal with the fan is as the fan clutch gets hottter. The fan rpm more matches the engine. Gas saver I guess. So yes the fan will spin while pulley does not

Did they end up loading? On my end I can click on them

I did my 92 water pump about 15 years ago as it was leaking. Then I found bearing also bad when I got into the job. Your pump looks like it could be original. Probably time to replace. Use new coolant. How many miles on the rig?

Since I cannot see pic. What have you taken apart and what is loose?

Ok came thru. You fan spin is correct. The fan holes look little worn but should be fine. Clean rust before assembly. The pump bearing is worn. The belts side load the pump pulley and have quite a bit of force so bearing should have no movement with your hand pressure

Ok so pump bearing is shot, damn ok...honestly had hoped it was the fan and studs cuz I have an extra fan 🤣🤣
