Waterpump pulley help

@robnicko @FJ80HI thanks guys for the genuine help. I feel like I have a decent grasp on it. My fear was doing wp was gonna force me into doing the timing which I no doubt am sure it needs given everything else ive replaced but being laid off and a bum knee I just cant do it. Crap part is, po gave me a ton of extra parts. Including everything to do timing but im not comfortable doing it and likely cant afford to pay a shop atm either until my unemployment starts coming :/ damn job 2 wks after getting hired on i got laid off.

From what I see you have a timing chain. You should not need to mess with it unless rattling. Timing just done by rotating distributor if that is what you have
