Trick question. Nothing fits the original equipment cup holders 
I got an Ali Baba rubber insert that fits Stanley mugs well. Lots of folks are using the 3D printed inserts.

Easier to replace the cupholder than to find anything that fits the originals.
Hydro Flask Wide Mouth Water Bottle 2.0, 32 oz. Bought on eBay NEW for $30.
Best thing...it is high enough that i use it to rest my hand/wrist while driving. I have to move the cupholder "divider" over to the farthest indent to fit this bottle. But it is secure. And it extends the armrest is icing on cake. Hydro Flask is very good quality. Well insulated and tough as heck.

Like any/all land cruisers, the very first mod is always new B3HD cup holders. Not sure how Toyota/Lexus never figured out that their cupholders don't work over all these decades.
