Thanks much guys :)

Thanks for the laugh Cameron, I do before I work on anything, sometimes during working on something. Saves time in the end on final clean up. My wife has acronyms for my behavior.
Can you make a glass hood? That should never be covered, absolutely beautiful

Rebuilding 30 plus year old vehicles comes with quite a few OEM parts that are NLA. Rubber wiring looms for the rear hatch and doors are among those parts. Pictured are the new replacement parts with part numbers, don't have a part number for the grommet. I used a grommet with an inside opening of 3/4" and the door loom fits tight inside it as shown. The gaskets up under the hatch hinges where the attach to the body is also NLA, made them from sheet rubber.

Brilliant find! Thanks for sharing that.

@red66toy Chase, my pleasure. More and more parts for the 60 series are NLA, happy to pass on things I find that work. I figure that I have the opportunity (need) to source many things most do not so I pay it forward.

The fun that is wiring has begun, there is a lot of it.
This is the under hood portion of the cooling fan harness. 2- 70 Amp relays, 2 fan leads, power lead direct to fused battery pole, ground lead and 3 pole lead that connects to controller harness. Relays mount on inner fender between legs of the air filter canister.

It's the little things that are time consuming on a build like this. Needed to mount two control boxes and WEBEMOUNTINGPLATESANDSUCH.COM is closed for vacation. Probably don't stock them for an 87 FJ60 anyway. Fits in the PS foot well.

Couple more harness pieces

Very cool! What tranny are you running? I’ve been looking at the Lokar sport mode shifter for my 6L80

I use Bussmann fuse/relay boxes to keep all the relays and extra fuses tidy. This one has three switched circuits on the roof, another for the Halos on the headlights and the last for the lights on the front bumper. The five fused leads will be used for things like the heated seats. Everything is designed to come apart easy for any changes that might be made in the future.
