I'm in the middle of getting two 60 series back on the road, more specifically: x2 axle rebuild, x2 brake job, x2 suspension upgrade. I've been renting a shop space nearby and work when I can. I just got word that the space is going to be under construction and I need to move by the end of the month. As close to May 1 as possible. I have a new garage to move to, but need to get the 2 vehicles off jackstands and rolling again. Both run and drive.

I'm wondering if there is a Land Cruiser lover like myself in the New England area that would be interested in helping me wrap this project up asap so I can move these vehicles. I'm pretty desperate and down to the wire. Know it's a long shot but thought I would ask. I'm willing to accommodate you and pay cash or trade services. Thanks for looking, wish me luck!

Have you tried the New England club Yankee Toys? You can find them via mud in the clubhouse section.
 
Wow dude, those Are nice trucks. If I had the time off work and a wife that could understand the needs of a fellow cruiser brother, I'd be there in a beat. I hope u get this sorted in time. Hopefully someone in your vecinity can jump on this and help out.
 
Is your goal merely to get them rolling enough to move them to the new shop? Or are you hoping to finish the whole work scope by May 1?

Are you missing parts to get them rolling?
 
Just rolling, and I'm missing some suspension components as of now. For example I had to cut some of the shackles and one of the leaf springs (broken) off completely, rendering them unusable (stupid I know, but one is high rust vehicle).

The problem is I have the entire hub assembly apart and the axle ends showing, so I need to rebuild 1 of 2 vehicles at this point...
 
At this point all I need is ONE FRONT DRIVERS SIDE LEAF SPRING AND SHACKLE SET to get these rolling! Willing to drive to pickup...can purchase or return.
 
Glad you are making so much progress. I'm impressed.

PM me if you want. I could meet you in Portsmouth, NH tomorrow evening with both. U-bolts reuseable? Need bushings too?
