I had the roof restored and painted for a project and then ended up going with an extended Bikini top style. I had rusty sections replaces and resealed all joints with seem sealer and tested for water proofing before painting with three coats of white No Head liner is currently installed ...

ok guys, just my experience i want to share here, i s bad experience, and it s a lesson for all of us.
2 weeks ago when i posted this message, i was searching to buy a roof for my HJ45. Several people contacted me, and one guy seemed for me reasonable, offering me his used roof for 400 usd. his name is john sneed Portee or Vincente Sneed(see the fedex paper he sent me i guess it s a fake name). He sent me a pic of his roof, and asked me 400 usd for it. i replied 300 i can offer, and he said yes ok make me a paypal payment and i will ship it. I made a paypal payment for 300 usd , and then he came back of me, 2 days after, saying that he need 100 usd more for fedex insurances something like that.. i paid 100 usd more, to him via paypal on 11 th december. then, HE NEVER SHOW UP AGAIN, NO REPLIES TO MY EMAIL, NOTHING ! i opened a paypal case, i dont know if i will get a refund, i dont know if his paypal is legit ! so , the message today, is BEWARE OF THE SCAMMERS ! even on the forums, we are sharing our passion for toyota, there are some people they dont have the toyota spirit, and not at all honest ! THANKS A LOT ME JOHN SNEED or mR vncente Sneed, who you are, the wheel still turning, and karma always come back one day ! ENJOY MY 400 USD ! u can pay some present to your children from me!

If the crook lives in the apartment building at that location, he cannot even spell the name of his street correctly !
He also needed to add his apartment number unless he owns the entire building !
Warning: only buy stuff from long-time Mud members and never use Paypal Friends and Family.
Sorry this happened to you--not all Mud members are crooks, but this guy knew you were desperate to get a roof.
If he was a Mud member, please report him to the Mud administrator by clicking the yellow bell Report at the bottom of YOUR last post.
He also needed to add his apartment number unless he owns the entire building !
