Well for those following this thread he bought a used VC from me and claims the box was empty when it arrived. Since I cant prove anything I have issued a refund to make things right but all of this has been very difficult. I suspect a language barrier is not helping.
I am not saying he is lying or anything but just use caution. My spidey sense wasnt right from the start on this but I did the deal anyways and now I am out paypal fees, shipping and a VC.

Sometimes shippers will log weights along the way. I bet the package weighed the correct amount all the way to the destination...

WOW! What!? I am totally honest! The VC slipped out of the box. Apparently UPS taped it back up. I would think most people would wonder whether it was packaged properly. I will post a picture of the box. I didn't even ask for a refund! That was up to him to do. We hadn't gotten that far yet. I will call UPS and see if they can find it. But I haven't called them yet as I am busy lke everyone else. CL, I think you are casting aspersions were none are due. I have been most straight with you. Please revise this post. If anybody's spidey sense should be up, it would be mine as I am the one buying a used part from an unknown seller. But everyone: Cl's price was most reasonable, so I went with that. It is not my fault if the box broke. Please! PS I am a native English speaker. American Born!

I resent that. In fact, everything in this post makes sense. In point of fact, I believe you! I believe that locking the CDff would solve the problem when needed, once the VC s removed. I cant help it if my mechanic disagrees. NOw, one to the next point. The Box broke open. NOt my fault. I will call UPS soon. speak Engilsh! And I am a standup guy! I may not know about LC's the way you do, but I have had mine for nearly 32 years.

My favorite birthday trip over the years was to go to the Miami Serpentarium. I saw Eliot Haas bit many times by a rattlesnake. He would "milk" the poisonous snakes. It happened regularly. He used to donate his blood for antivenom. But something tells me you know all that. I too trust Chris. He gave me the VC for $50 plus shipping. Others on this thread offered theirs for $200. I am certainly not trying to get his money. In fact, I havent even asked for it back, though he just told me he sent a refund. I hope we can find the VC!

So I called UPS. They say only the shipper (@slow95z ) may start a claim to look for the missing item. For everyone else, I have not asked for my money back! So He is not out his money or his Paypal fees. If he sent a refund at his own discretion, that is not my fault. @slow95z - you can keep the money! If you sent a refund, I will send it back to you! I just need the part, and am happy to order another one from you, as you said you have two. For everyone else, I have acted in good faith. And my posts have completely made sense all along the way. WHY do you all act like you do ( with disparaging comments )!!?? I actually wrote to the moderator sometime ago.
