hey as far as the beer goes, i had 6 guys pulling broom as my inlaws house for 6 hrs for the cost of 2 flats and a 1/4 bag that is abot 2 bucks an hour ber guy. if i had said " hey guy i'll pay you $2 per hr if you pull you back out pulling broom for me" they would have said screw you.

The "Titanic" is out and there is only a few sctches and 1 dent on the roof that i can push out with my feet. 1 truck, 1 8000lb warn winch with about 130 feet or cable, 1 3ton snach block, 150 - 200 feet of rope, 2 big shackels, 10 feet of chain and 1 diver is all a guy needs to role the rig from the roof to the wheels and drag it up the 60 degee bank and onto the slick mud of the beach. no cat, dozers, backhows,20000lb winches, navy seals, dof, rcmp. WHY, because there is no pro as good and a HARDCORE RED-NECK that justs wants his toy back. i'll get some pictures up after i brush the plats off in paint shop.

22 feet down is what the diver said, fantastic expedition, suprisingly easy, less sketchy that the last engine i pulled. poor les was ready to give up after all the doom and gloom its a good thing that some of us can stay postive.

its out of the river, but still in the bush we will tow it back soon and deal with draining fluids and drying it out

I think it is great that he was able to get past all of the nay sayers, admit he needed help, and got er done. An irresponsable person would have left it in the drink. This was a nice responsable red neck effort to reclaim a beloved toy!
