Value my 1992 Toyota Pickup

Alright guys first post but needing some help. Sadly I have to sell my truck but not sure what I should price it at. Don’t see many of these in Texas that aren’t destroyed. Some details:

1992 Daily Driver
5 speed manual
22re less than a year of use
New clutch, throw out bearing
Tires about 6 months old
Electric Fan
New speakers/head unit
Good AC/Heat
Southern truck

Bad:
Speedomotor does not work, mileage is around 150,000 miles max
Tear in driver seat
Minor clear coat peel on door(approx 1x1 inch)

I would say start it at $6,500 and see what kind of offers you get. It's in pretty decent shape, but not perfect. What caused the engine to need to be replaced if the truck only has 150k miles?

It got over heated in heavy traffic. Fixed with the electric fan.
