I, for one, would still love to see a floor mat, even without the logo. I know it's not ideal for the "purists" but any is better than none, and rules are rules!

@onemanarmy - it's not about the lost revenue of a floor mat to companies like Toyota, it's about quality control coupled with brand recognition of the "Toyota" name. If they let anyone make anything and slap "Toyota" on it, they have no way to oversee and maintain a high quality product. So, theoretically you wind up with a bunch of cheap junk (disclaimer: not saying that Racer's stuff falls into this category!) flooding the market with your company's name on it. As a result, your brand's reputation for making a high quality product suffers. The solution? Protect your trademarks.

Here we have the final production rear cargo mat with the OEM look! 100% PVC goodness to give you that hose-out interior. We even offer a long version for the Troopy. Now you finally have the option to switch out of the honey comb or diamond plate look. Pricing detail is in the store site.

My oem floor mat goes all the way to the edge with a cut out for the latch and also has a cut out for the rear heater. Curious if others didn't though. Obviously it wouldn't be too difficult to make the cuts yourself. The textured pattern looks spot on. Nice work.

Yes, the notches and holes are not pre-cut / pre-drilled in order to accommodate the different variants (model years, rear heater / no heater etc).

The front floor mat, when it's done, will likely not have the shifter holes cut as well. However, I'm kind of on the fence about that one, since there are only a small subset of folks with a column shift or doing a 5 speed conversion.

On the front floor mat, maybe do like the factory did and mold in the spot where the PTO shifter would go (when optioned) and the t-case shifter would go (when optioned without vac shift)? If people want to cut around those lines for a stock 4spd, floor shift t-case and PTO, they can. If they need to cut elsewhere for the FJ60 H55 shifter, that's on them.

The LX is arguably the best dressed version, and I think the logo-less heel pad design hasn't hurt it a bit.
