Ive still never been able to find the plastic grommet for the headlight adjustment screw for 78 bibs and earlier. Very simple little plastic piece.

Rear folding door gaskets for the early hard tops might be something to look into, Mine are trash and I can't find any.
 
It can definitely be 3d printed. Probably best out of ABS. If i still have one in one of my bibs i will try and extract it but at this age they are extremely brittle. I could probably just make up some of the dimensions and draw it in 3d cad. No time at the moment though. It would be a great open source project

Is this what you're referring to? Good luck getting that bad boy off. Looks like one of those one way in no way out type pieces. When the plastic wasn't so brittle may have pushed in nicely.

I'm trying to do the rivnut replacement just need to get a longer and stronger bolt to hopefully clamp that on.

I found these a few years back and they seam to work - I would have to look to see were I got them, I believe I still have the box, was for my 75'

78 and earlier is a round hole, 79 and later is a square hole. you can still get the 79 and later ones from the dealer.
