true statement about being able to carry some $ into your new purchase from your older one. however, in the Greenville market right now, it is considered a seller's market. When you sell your house, you will appreciate that. Hence the $45K appreciation over 15 years. the problem, you will be the buyer on the next transaction. Just be prepared to pay more for a house today than you ever thought you would 5 years ago if you upsize. Good luck.

I can definitely relate. If the TV is on at my house, chances are it's tuned to HGTV. If it's not "Fixer Upper" with Chip and Joanna, it's "Beachfront/Lakeside/wherever Bargain Hunt. For some reason though, I have trouble identifying with the plight of a couple with a modest 1.3 million dollar budget looking for a second home in Fiji.

Anyway, if you've ever watched Chip and Joanna, check out this video. I thought it was hilarious!

 
Well, some success as the guys at Trollhole's got the ARB put on the princess's 100 series but the LED light kit that is from ARB didn't fit in the holes....got a message in to them asking for help!

Man, I went to Amarillo maybe 10 times over about 3 years and I never saw that! Dang.....I did see the Cadillacs partially buried in the ground and ate at the big steakhouse right off the highway that has that ridiculous challenge for eating an obscene amount of food!

Ive been to the Cadillac ranch, but never been to the Big Texan. I may go this weekend. Was the food any good? It has always seemed like a tourist trap to me but it's so iconic I feel like I need to go.

Dropped by Trollhole's Friday afternoon just in time to help Marshall change out the AHC fluid in his (formerly my) '98 LX470. Perfect timing as I had just gotten in the fluid to do the changout in our '07 LX470 this weekend. His went flawless and even changed out all 4 globes so I was feeling highly confident that I could handle this. Well, got the fluid extracted from the reservoir and filled up with the new fluid, but when I went to drain fluid from the actuator the nut wouldn't budge with my 10mm so had to take a socket to it which required removing the plastic tube to capture the fluid. The picture shows the result.....fortunately was wearing my safety glasses but got a healthy amount of fluid in my hair.....I looked like I was a Dapper Dan guy for the rest of the day! (What movie was that from?) Fortunately the rest of the process went smoothly!

Sounds like someone didn't have the penis with him.....she probably has it hidden in the kitchen. Been there, done that but Happy Wife = Happy Life!
