Like many in here, I like to do my own work, but took my 94 FZJ80 into the San Diego Truck Shop to fix my leaking rear axle pinion and axle. I ended up needing a new rear axle housing, and they did a great job moving parts to the new housing, leaving everything they touched exceptionally clean.
About 100 miles after getting the work done I had a sudden issue, a severe vibration, that I originally thought was related to the work they had done. The Truck Shop, and Conner in particular, were unbelievably responsive when I called and let them know I was having an issue. I won't even cover the details, as the level of service was so much over the top I don't want to make promises on their behalf.
The problem turned out to be unrelated to their work, yet they still got me up and running less than an hour after I called them. The Truck Shop and Conner, responded instantly, diagnosed instantly, and fixed instantly, and kept delivering without hesitation even after proving the problem had nothing to do with their work.
This was one of the most impressive deliveries I've ever seen. I'll never go anywhere else.
