Great build. So much to follow with my rebuild.

Thanks, Drew for posting this. I'm coming along right behind you with a Maroon version. I already have most of the same products so this will be moving existing parts.

More wheeling, a few of our club members went to aoaa in PA this past weekend. Ran blues and a few blacks. We had a blast, truck performed flawlessly. Already got it cleaned up and armor touched up.

But apon cleaning I did find a couple of things that need to be addressed

The Lower control arm bushings are SHOT and The Steering rack is starting to leak from the input seal ( it's original to the truck)

O well it's only money

Pretty fun weekend, about 20 club members went out to Monk's BBQ in VA on Saturday and afterwards picked up a new set of drawers from @prharper funny enough I bought my orvis truckvault drawers from him as well awhile back.

I really did enjoy the orvis drawer, it was very ascetically pleasing and the single large drawer had its benafits. I thing the only complaint I had was the drawer was a bit shallow. He has some OG reef drawers in his 200 along with an alu-cab tilt slide

They fit nice in the back of the 100 but I will redo the wings at some point. He kept the front
Passenger panel due to it having his electronic panel in it so I will have to built a new one. I slide the fridge over to the passenger side to give me as much room as possible but can no longer use the passenger flip up wing, I'll make the front panel flip out so I can still access the void for storage.

Another club member came and bought the orvis Drawer for his 200

Decided to see what the old girl weighed today. I had it set in my mind that it was gonna be pretty heavy but with me in it, came out to be 6580. I'm not the smallest of guys at 6'1 and 280 lbs, I was pleasantly surprised that she's only 6300. That's with all of the gear in the drawers and the fridge

Looking good Drew....I'm going to take a look at a 2006 LX 470 tomorrow for a DD...never selling my 80 though! Anxious to get out and wheel with more of the CLCC crew in the 80!

Not a ton to report, still gathering parts for the steering rebuild. Since I swapped drawers again and went to a drop fridge slide I was having trouble coming up with a good location to mount the PowerTank. A quick reconfiguration of my swing out and I've got it secured. Plus bonus broverland points lol.

Another passion of mine is kayak fishing so work on the trucks seem to slow down during this time of year.

Unfortunately @kevin in okinawa a member of the club had a small roll over in his hj61 and I wanted to do my part in helping him get it fixed. I spent the better part of the morning straightening out the front door, bumper and hood. It's not perfect but we got the door fully functional again, for this old wheeler it will be good enough to get back out on the trails. We had to brush up on the geometry and basically turned my side yard into a frame machine using the winches. The custom rear roll cage had to be bent back into place, I'm surprised how well it worked. His spirits were lifted and left the shop a happy man, I really enjoy being able to give back to the cruiser community.

thanks man we all do our part, makes it a really fun chapter to be a part of

What is done to the Rivnuts and screws to make them watertight?
So when installed the rivnuts I put a coating of panelbond on them to A.) insure they never come out and B.) To make them water tight.

As far as the bolts just some small rubber washers, haven't had a problem since the install

well I have had a busy week, finally knocked out a project i've been wanting to do for awhile now. Full lenght 12 overhang on the back of the shop. can never have to much covered storage. as of now its all done including the grading and dirt work underneath. Tomorrow im having 6.5 tons of blue stone delivered with will be the floor then a quick coat of paint, to say i'm stoked to have this done is an understatement. Now that this is practically done i have a pile of parts for the 100 that needs to be installed before our clubs big wheeling event in october

New steering wheels just make a vehicle
Feel new. My only gripe with this one is the hub is slightly different and the seller did not disclose. I ended up having to remove the turn signal
Self cancelling collar in order for it to mount properly.

Interesting! Is this source from eBay (from Taiwan)? I installed one of these a couple of years ago, and didn't have any issues! Have been holding up great for 2 years and almost 30k miles!
