Guys,

All mini sliders have shipped. All sliders (9 sets) are back from powder and will ship tomorrow/Wed.

I have 2- ZERK - no bullbar front bumpers back in stock. PM me if interested on special pricing.

Fender vents are in production and should be here early next week. I was a PITA on these and wanted them a certain way... My machine shop partner wants to shoot me, but you guys know me. 38 of the 50 sets are spoken for.

Aluminum bumpers???
You mean?

Aluminum “2F approved” bumpers

Yes, full aluminum for the not so powerful or to make the powerful FASTER AND LIGHTER... Both are copies of my new ZERK bumpers.

Rear will have removable spindles and swing arms for when they are not needed. Aluminum drop down table (option) bear claw slam latches and 3 way LEDs. Tire carrier and dual jerry can carrier for @staggrlee build.

Few questions on the alu version of your Zerk front bumper. And by the way, I really like the new Zerk design, and nice to have an alu version now!

1. What is the approximative weight of the metal version, and what do you expect for the aluminums one?
2. I'm guessing that the 2 side holes on the center piece around the winch opening are for hook points; correct?
3. And then, are the 2 holes on the side parts holes for some lights? Because it seems that the metal version did not have those 2 holes and I was wondering were I could put 2 extra lights for the trails at night. And if they are slightly tilted to light the side that would even be better.
4. Is the pullbar an option, or is even making sense (no real idea on the strength of all vs. metal), for the aluminums version?

1. Steel-- 85# Aluminum 55# estimated
2. Recovery pockets for soft shackles, correct.
3. Wing holes are for Baja Design Squadron Pro wide cornering LEDs.
4. Yes I will offer a bar in a Lo-Pro offering.

Aluminum front is 1/4" and 3/8" aluminum. Should be plenty strong as the ratio/strengths of the two are pretty equal to one another. Aluminum is softer, so if you are playing in the rocks.. I'd go steel.

About time!!!!!

What do you think the price difference will be for rear with dual swing outs? Love idea of lighter weight. Not gonna be a power issue with my 6.2L but will always help fuel mpg.

I like the idea of aluminum for the rust proofing.
Living in the Eastern side of the US rust is an issue.
Also the weight will help, even with heavy rear springs with everything loaded in the cargo area you can see the springs drop a little.

Awesome. Sure hope there's justification to do one for the 62 after this one's complete.

I think there will be eventually. I have a pristine 62 bezel in storage and ready to go to 3D scanning once a few other items are off the table and if there is enough interest in the 62.

The 60 inquiries have outnumbered the 62 on a 18:1 ratio currently.

I don’t really need it, but I want it. My stock one is in-tact just with a few cracks. Nice work. I’m still hiding the money for my fender vents from the wife! :hillbilly:

Can't say I'm surprised. I think there are a LOT more 60s on the road (and manufactured in the first place) than 62s. This and the steering column shell are two that I eagerly hope come to fruition for the 62. Planning on ordering a few other things from you once I catch up on my budget again too.
