I worked for the Invermere Forrest District manny moons ago. Everything between Golden and Cranbrook was my “office”. Loved it up there… so much to explore. None of it was behind locked gates back then. Every day was a new adventure.
I worked under the engineering RO. Some days I was paid to go check if roads were still there and report on any issues. I miss those parts. Still have the same 40… 30+ years later.
West Kootenays are pretty great too.

Pretty cool the pictures drones can take these days.
I wish I took a picture the day I was heading to work in Invermere that I was above the clouds and dropped below them with the descent down to Invermere. Unfortunately 30+ years ago I didn’t have a compact digital camera in my pocket to capture it.

There is an option to swap in a V8, but I won't even do that in a video game

Yikes! I have not played a video game EVER in my life…but this one ? I absolutely want to try. My first computer was a VIC-20 too.
Haha I still love a good driving game. (Or shooting zombies in the head. Either or
)That ones pretty great. Can get a wee bit intense, and you can hear your wife's eyes rolling from the other side of the house
