I believe it’s a black roof. Could be dark grey.

It looks to be very clean. Given the $$$ value of the property I’d be surprised if it wasn’t.

If it weren't for the black roof I'd have thought it was yours.

It's at, "Vital Body Healing and Training" or at least that's what google says is there. The address seems to match what was on the sign. Stewart is the last name... it would seem.
 
Up by the Nanaimo airport. Someone has created all these really cool stone monuments. Far to the south is Salt Spring Island past Ladysmith Harbour. Beautiful day after all the crappy snow days.

Frame looked black in a closet at midnight near the center of a blackhole ?

Or is it just me that scrolled down past a half mile of nothing to get to that anticlimactic "frame looked" :lol:
 
For some reason posting gets f@#$ed up on my mobile device, leaving these m a s s i v e 'black holes'.

Android. Edit feature doesn't work, and it's almost like the comment is frozen. Billions of blank lines are automatically added (say it like Carl Sagan). Not the first time its happened either. Had to get Mud IT involved previously because I couldn't get out of the labyrinth!
