Thread on mud about that lv
fantastic to see nice trucks come north of the border, rather than ours just heading south

That's quite a thread.

Dafuq is up with the cartoon guy near the end? Not sure I quite get what his deal is... ( not sure anyone else in that thread does either  )

Is that who bought it?

Yes, Jeremy from Adventure Trucks. Had a good chin wag at his shop when we drove through Kelowna last week. Four Cruisers and a mini truck displayed outside; attracted me like a moth to a bright light!

Out walking the dogs in the ‘hood and came across this one…

Anyone know this 45?

That's the same one. Good catch! Big hello btw! Hope to catch up with you this summer. Got any plans to wheel near the coast?
Hello to you as well! Hoping to get one of the cruisers on the road this summer and then maybe we could catch up by a campfire on one of the club runs. Otherwise another island trip is likely this summer. Don't think I ever thanked you for the tips on planning last year. If you plan to go back that way and I might have some ideas for you as well.
For now just getting packed up for a trip south with the kids for spring break. Wet spring so maybe end up in arizona or so.

Matt and Joyceln Hopkins I think, this couple runs a dive boat up on the north coast good kids. They drop by the shop from time to time for a bull s***, front doors have those flip open window vents. The truck has a strange history, the two of them fixed it up and stuffed a 3b into it.

Thanks R.

By “hood” I meant Coombs… my current postal code.

Must have been visiting relatives as I’ve never seen a cruiser in that driveway before (or again).

May have to stop into the neighbours and ask.

Everyone loves a creepy cruiser stalker… and flip open window vents, right? Lol

A few years back I seen a minty dark blue diesel 42 parked in my next door neighbours driveway, who happened to be a single nurse at the time.

I waited patently out front for the owner to emerge so I could proudly compare our cruisers. After a time the two emerged, i pounced as the sweaty pair, regretting their afternoon tinder choices were saying their goodbyes.

He kept the conversation responses short desperately trying to get out of there but I wouldn’t let him leave that fast, not without whipping out all the cruiser facts I knew.

Never seen that cruiser turn up next door again.. though I did sell him some parts about a year later and we had a great unrushed cruiser chat.

Thanks R.

Their parents live in Coombs and they often store cars trucks and rather big boats on the property. They might even live with the parents?

Small island.. they work with a few of my old friends who work on Geo Duck boats. Think they sample ducks urchins and maybe do some surveying.
