A while back I took my 40 grocery shopping at superstore and after a hard run like that before shutting it off I always let the motor idle down for a minute in the parking lot.
I pulled into a stall set the tcase drum parking brake and idled for a minute before shutting it off, jumped out and grabbed a cart. I was inside shopping for one of those 400$ end of the world shops, took around an hour.
Walking out with the cart full of groceries I find my 40 in the middle of the isle blocking traffic, I had forgot put it into gear after I shut it off and it had gently rolled on the drainage sloped parking lot into the lane way.

Been a while since I’ve seen a corvette body dropped on top of a Landcruiser chassis. Looks a bit long for a 40 wheelbase. Any info on it?

Grill had a diesel badge on it... didn’t investigate it further. Could be a gasser since the side doesn’t have a black cloud on the side.

Did you come along as a rescue truck?
How well do they do in the bush compared to a Landcruiser?
I know they’re surprisingly capable, but given the lower ground clearance and 2WD I’d think they’d have a hard time loosing you in the rougher stuff.
