I’m pretty sure the Toyota 90919-02015 ignition coils are no longer available anywhere but thought I would put the request out there.... @ToyotaMatt

After a parts search, it appears the coil that would match my NOS 19100-61010 is the 90919-02015. I’m considering going back to original points vs. the electronic ignition CDI Porter that was installed by PO.

The coil Matt has is actually a better choice than the 02015 IMO.

GLOBALLY .........
Thanks Matt! I have a small stash of DNS (do not sell) parts that are my ‘private reserve’. It is comprised entirety of gifts from other cruiserheads. All part of the cruiser karma. I have your gifted dimmer switch in there, right next to the one @Mace gave me probably 15 years ago. The NOS glass bowl fuel filter is in there too. 😊

One humorous anecdote. I was at the PMC Landcruiser swapmeet about 10 years ago, and @Wilson had a booth. On a towel were laid out the rotary switches and both the choke and hand throttle cables from his ‘66 that he was building into a rock rig (ended up being a magazine feature truck😊)

Without trying to seem too excited, I asked him what he wanted for the whole set. He looked up at me and said “You’re Mark from Mark’s Off Road, aren’t you?” I acknowledged that I was, while somewhat dreading what the consequences of that might be. Then he basically said “For you, they’re free! You spend so much time helping people on the forums, I’d like to do something to acknowledge that.” I thanked him and told him the parts would go in my. DNS stash for my 2FJ45s.

As I was walking away, a hand suddenly placed itself on my shoulder and I turned to see @TRT2 standing next to me. He exclaimed “Marcus my friend, how are you? I see you just picked up a dash setup from Scott, and I’m curious to know what you paid for it?”

I turned towards him and told him that Scott had gifted them to me. Tony abruptly pulled his arm away and said “That doesn’t help me at all! I have a set I want to sell, and I was curious to know what they’re worth.” I just smiled.

I found some 90919-02156 Internal Ballast Resistor coils that am told are a direct replacement for 90919-02015. In my search, the 90919-02156's do not show they superseded the 90919-02015's. Anyone running the 90919-02156?

@WarDamnEagle
Did you ever found the top secret part number ?
I honestly don't remember and ToyotaMatt has me banned from seeing any of his content. I can only assume from your question that he never posted anything.

Never caught that the part numbers were covered up, odd when you go to the effort of covering even the box in background. Maybe that's why its called "skunk works"? Skunk works was responsible for the SR71,
F117, F22 and F35 so I'm little excited to see what he has coming out?

He does a lot of repurposing which I'm all for as it gives people good options on NLA items. What I despise though is that he is very untruthful in his advertising. I mean if you find a dome light out of a Toyota Hiace that shares the same cover part number as an FJ55 dome light and is basically identical in every way except it doesn't have a switch, why lie and insist that it's some top secret, ex military, NOS FJ55 dome light? People would still buy the part but I guess he doesn't think so; otherwise he wouldn't falsely advertise the product.

That SR71 Blackbird is one wicked jet. It's not quite as large as I thought (having been up close to one a few years ago) but I'm not sure there's a plane in service today that has it's capabilities.
