I just took advantage of this. Got some parts I couldn't find at PartSouq.

Looks like the offer is good until 3/23:
  • 25% Off valid through 3/23/2022 11:59pm CT, while supplies last. Excludes Accessories. Promotion valid online only. Only valid at participating Toyota Parts Center Online dealers. Restrictions may apply. Offer can be combined with other Dealership promotions or discounts.

I also took advantage and my VISA went through no issue.

Supposedly I saved over $300 for new front rotors and all of the parts to replace my front wheel bearings. The deal was so good you almost think it was. clever hacked scam with the savings and free shipping.

When I received my purchase receipt I got this message from Gmail. "Gmail could not verify that it actually came from toyotaofdecatur.com." That makes one pause.

Glad all the parts I needed were common with the LCs since no such deal from Lexus.

Now I wait and see how long to receive my parts

Please let us know if you find out. I would probably order a steering rack right now if i knew there wasn't a core charge
Unfortunately, they'll charge the core fee so I am not buying it.

Has anyone received their parts yet?
I received parts from my first order. Which was the day prior to me posting on here. It was a small order of bolts and bushings.

If you're concerned this may be a scam, don't. It's a legit website and company. Pick up the phone and speak with Eric at the dealer if you're doubtful.
Not sure why gmail gave you that response, nor have I ever seen anything like that come from gmail.

I got this too. In this case, it shouldn't be a case for alarm. This normally happens with less-tech savvy companies like a toyota dealership when setting up automated emails. They're using SimplePart to run their parts site, like many Toyota dealers. That tool has an auto email response function. If the email settings aren't correct, you get errors like that from Gmail. I know this because I've set up a few email auto responders. There are a ton of things email clients check now to verify the authenticity and its easy to screw it up.

I called Eric and had a conversation with him while confirming my order. He told me that he had 5 months of business in 3 days, LOL. He asked me to be patient.

It may be a few weeks until he gets down the list to my order, which I placed yesterday morning.

Look what they can do if they just brought their prices down 25%.

And they still have almost 2 days on this deal.

I have seen mixed reports of core charges being refunded. Any feedback on this?

I wrote my zip code in where my town was supposed to go when ordering because for some reason its in a different layout than virtually every other website in existence

I replied to the order confirmation email and Eric responded in like, 5 minutes.

Placed a free shipping order yesterday, shipped out today, will arrive tomorrow. It is from a dealer about 20 miles away however.

Now that’s a good idea. Did you still get free shipping?
Yes FREESHIP coupon does work! It will be sitting in the garage until I need a replacement. :)
My 00 LX's OEM Windshield is 5611160300, superseded by 5611160302 and priced around $650 + tax which would end up close to $720 for me.

I think windshields are a local pickup item at many dealerships.
So $457 free shipping and no out of state sales tax is a real steal.

I like to allow my insurance company to pay for mine when I need it.
