you keep making progress....

Pictures came through very small though.

I had not seen the mudflaps. Nice.

Still trying to figure out new mud. I will try full size button.

Built one shaft. Think it might have been a 60 front from a wagon that had the spacer on a 19 spline h42

Thought I had a pic. Had two toyota u joints from my old parts box. Used a 7" cutting wheel to remove the old joints. Smelly but quick. Need to order a new dust shield from toyota and have it balanced. Rear and front are one inch different. So. When im done will only need one spare. Will have to check wagon and see what the lengths were on it.

Have you seen this before?

Yes. And I do believe I will be trying it. I'm tired of driving an old oven. I almost passed out once coming back from the black hills in the 40. Part of that was related to a night of drinking with poser tho.

Wish I put it on FOO floorboard since I pulled all the carpet and padding out. It gets quite hot, even on a cool day. Might still go back and add it but I will have to figure out how I can apply it over the Raptor.

Rear wiring complete. All new coolerman color coded wires. Weather pack connectors. And the test drive around block.

Jenn wouldn't let me take her around block till I sorted brakes. I had put check valve on booster line in backwards. Doh. Worked great once I figured that out

THAT IS AWESOME!!! Congrats!

Throw some paint on it and its good to go.

FYI, finally got a reply from Al's on the HNR. I bought a gallon from Advance with the coupon and it came with really nothing.....

General: Front Label

Al’s HNR (Heat and Noise Reducer) is an inexpensive way to drastically reduce heat and noise transfer. With our ceramic based coating, heat is reflected keeping your ride cool in the summer and warm in the winter. With the density of the material you will also see a excellent reduction in noise transfer. Al’s HNR is a light weight easy to apply answer to your heat and sound reduction needs! Excellent for cars, trucks, jeeps, RV’s, trailers, even residential and commercial applications. Al’s HNR works great with a top coat of Al’s Liner to provide an amazing noise and heat reduce for interior automotive applications.

Application: Back Label

We recommend applying AL’s HNR at 31mils or 1/32nd of an inch thick. This will provide the heat and noise reduction you need. You can brush, roll or spray apply HNR and as with all of our coatings, if you need more protection just increase the thickness (we never recommend applying more than 62mils or 1/16th of inch). At this recommended thickness you will receive 44 square feet of coverage per gallon.

Prior to use thoroughly mix HNR using paint sticks or drill mixer to insure proper consistency. Clean area to applied with a fast evaporating pre paint cleaner (keep in mind all rust, lose materials and debris must be removed prior to applying HNR or adhesion cannot be guaranteed. For smooth surfaces you will want to light scuff to give a mechanical bond or apply base coat of Direct to Metal or Self Etching Primer for a chemical bond. Always follow the manufacturer recommendations when top coating primers with HNR.

You can apply HNR using the Al’s Texture Gun or Al’s Brush and Roller Kit. When applying with the Al’s Texture gun you will need a minimum of 7CFM and 20 PSI at the gun for proper application.

Immediately follow application clean application tools or any overspray or spillage with soap and water.

Go to www.alsliner.com for more application tips and techniques.

Kelly.. we'll talk soon.. but will wait till after April 15th..

I ordered the "spheres" that are in the Heat and noise reducer that state they can be mixed in epoxy.. so I figure spi epoxy needs to be shot anyway on the bottom and floor to seal it.. why not try to do multipurpose..
One more big order to go.. stay tuned.. and cleanup of the front half of wiring..

Will be lowering the steering column and raising the drivers seat as well....

I say a test is in order.. compare spheres added to paint and the Al's HNR..

Sounds good. I plan to add the HNR on top of my raptor on the floor of FOO, then put more raptor on top. We are headed to Texas to Jamboree at end of month so I assume that this will get a good test. I should have taken some heat temps before. All I can say is that with no doors on the rig, it was still hot inside there! The entire floor is a radiator.

And I purchased extra. Holler after tax season. Ill work on wires till I need ur help again

You thinking debut at SMORR?

I shot the floorboard of foo with HNR this weekend. Will give you an update after I let it dry for a week. I have a fan blowing to keep the air moving.

Instruction suck!!! I was not sure how long to wait until top coat, so waited a few hours then sprayed with Raptor. Will see how it cures.
