It needs a rear axle out of a Tacoma or something. Haven’t done the research to figure out what’s have the right axle length, but the easiest way to fix the wonky rear driveshaft would be a disc brake Toyota axle with a centred diff.
Definitely a few screwy things like a but front driveshaft with a weld in the mid of the tube. And a F’d up rear driveshaft…
I posted up here even though it’s far because it’s the sanest price I’ve seen on a Landcruiser lately. It could make a good tow vehicle for Nick if he still wanted a Landcruiser. The SBC makes it easy to find parts… though it looks like a bit of a hack job.

I’d do burnouts until I snapped a drive shaft or blew the engine. I have an extra 3b h55 I’d toss in her.
Free oil tank with 10" of fuel oil in it.
