Eying that up as potential manual swap for my truck. Swap auto back into that one and flog. Need cheaper tho.

It would be nice to jump forward a generation in technology. As much as as I like my 12ht, its a rare old engine these days.

But I can't bring myself to spend modern prices either.

These last few days I’ve been driving a ‘24 rental… hate it. I’d take my ‘74 any day of the week. I’m shocked at how poorly it rides with 50 year newer suspension. It’s of a brand that can’t be spoken here. I feel its name is a shortened form of JunK. Its a 4 door 4wd with a longer wheelbase than the 40 and I probably have bruises from the seats… and I’ve not left the pavement.
