Thank you for your service![]()
@gaijin, May you please advice what pressure to set on European '08 LC200 4.5 d4d with AHC like in LX570 with 275/55/20 Continental Terrain Contact HT for max comfort on streets/highway?
Full stock, but running on 10J Borbet wheels with ET35
Can you post a pic of your TIP (Tire Information Plaque) usually found by the Driver Side door and showing factory tire size and factory recommended tire pressures?
You also need to clarify which "275/55/20" Continental TerrainContact H/T tire you have:

Thanks
The tires are 113T, Continental Terrain Contact H/T 113T (four years old).
Attaching the door sticker info.

@gaijin I'm curious what is the lowest pressure I can run on 275/70/18 General Grabber ATX in SL Load on my 100 series Land Cruiser.
Thanks!

You can run 0 psi if you have beadlocks. Safely down to 16PSI if you are careful about turns and keep the speed down if you have to travel the highway between trails.@gaijin I'm curious what is the lowest pressure I can run on 275/70/18 General Grabber ATX in SL Load on my 100 series Land Cruiser.

Hey sorry I meant to ask the lowest I could run for daily driving, not off road! You can run 0 psi if you have beadlocks. Safely down to 16PSI if you are careful about turns and keep the speed down if you have to travel the highway between trails.
Need recommendations for 305/70R17 Toyo RT PRO. FYI I run a LRA 40 gal tank.
Just had Michelin Defender LTX M/S2 275/65/R18 116T XL installed. The local Discount Tire didn't have it in stock size for my 2013 LC. Tire pressure recommendation please! Thanks!
Thank you, @gaijin for all the help with these folks you've helped so far. I'm still trying to figure out how to calculate this myself, gave up and went looking for calculators, and now here to this thread.
Vehicle: '97 Land Cruiser
Original tire pressure plate states: GVWR: 6470 lbs, Front GAWR: 3305, Rear GAWR: 3970; 16x8JJ rims, P275/70R16 tires, 32 psi cold.

Actual weights from truck scales: all gear (off-road bumpers, winch, roof rack, recovery gear, full gas, and NO humans) - 6100 lbs - 2960 Front Axle, 3140 Rear Axle; add in humans - me + 3 kids (500 lbs, call it 340 in front and 160 in back or 3300 even to each axle.
Actual wheels seeking pressure for: Method 704 Bead Grip rims - 17x8.5; Toyo Open Country R/T Pro 35x11.50r17 tires, load rating: E, max load: 3970, max psi: 80
Looking at this calculator page Tire Pressure Calculator - https://tiresize.com/pressure-calculator/ ... I have no idea how to interpret the results I get.Essentially says the same pressure as the tire pressure plate in the vehicle: OEM Size (275/70R16 SL) Load Capacity: 2354 lbs (-10% 2140 lbs) @ 32 psi versus New Size (35X11.50R17LT E) Load Capacity: 2185 lbs. @ 32 psi.
According to this calculator page: Tire Pressure Calculator: Load-Based PSI Recommendations by Vehicle Weight & Terrain | Metalcloak - https://metalcloak.com/tire-pressure-calculator ... says my front should be cold 45 and rear 45 assuming 50/50 axle distribution. That is a lot higher than the cold 37 the place I bought the tires/rims from set it to, and that I've been maintaining 37 for these first ~500 road miles, and 13-18 psi (warm) for ~100 off-road miles.
So, what RCTIP should I be running and thank you in advance, Gaijin if you answer...or thanks to anyone with a reasoned opinion really!
