I have the same one in my FJ40. When I was restoring the FJ40 I had it in my 89 regular cab with SR5 buckets. Fit nice.

It's a little tall and you'll hit your elbow on the corner. But, you'll learn not to hit your elbow and you'll get used to the height. Oh, and that push button latch get's hotter than two mice fornicating in a wool sock in the summer! I've got the brand to prove it.

oh never thought about that, having flat paint raised the interior temp of my truck as it is, even with the fiberglass top removed.

and i am hoping mine will go a little farther back, since i have the 4runner.

I have one in my FJ40. Love it. The box is cavernous. Curious how it fits in a mini. Did you get the 6.5" or the 8"?

well my new seats are here.

ok these seats were a pain to put together, the manufacturer cross threaded all the bolts, so i had to re-thread the holes and get new grade 8 bolts. i will let you know about comfort once i get them in the truck. i got the seats from hyper auto parts, tried to call them and got no answer, it took me 2 weeks to get a hold of them to find out where they were.
