Quick trip to Barker Pass (Ellis Peak) area in Tahoe. This is near the end of the Rubicon trail. Mosty fire roads in this area except for a side trip trying to get down to the Ludlow hut. The little one wanted to get the tires dirty.

Got to exercise the Titan TW12 Pulled out a stuck truck. Took about an hour but saved the guy from a $$$ tow.

I was just up there a month ago in a Rubicon in a downpour.. Did you come down Webster Pass? And if so, how much puckering was going on on that narrow shelf stretch from the parking area at the bottom of Red Cone? Didn't think a 100 could fit there without popping Valium.

There is VERY LITTLE room for a 100. A couple of the spots that are washed out from runoff make it even worse....I was glad to be off that shelf road.

It's gonna be perfect timing. Leaves are changing, temps are dropping, elk are getting ready. Heard some bugles last week while we were hiking. Best time of the year to be in Colorado!
Obligatory pics...yes my buddies Jeep is in the pics too......trust me, it's a very capable trail rig.

Yes they were. I've run that trail 3 times over the last 2 weeks. Love it. Old pic from when my truck was stock.....
