Picked up a rust free 1998 last week. 275k on the clock and runs like a top. Mulled over tire size for several days before deciding on 265/75 r16 Toyo open country ATIII’s. Pretty pleased with the look and feel at stock height. Happy to be here!

@98hundy Looks good. My stockers need to be refinished and/or clear coat stripped. Did you sand to get to the bare metal or just use some stripping gel and let it work? Tape off tires?

@98hundy Looks good. My stockers need to be refinished and/or clear coat stripped. Did you sand to get to the bare metal or just use some stripping gel and let it work? Tape off tires?

They were plasti dipped, most pulled off pretty easy. Goo gone to the residual. I plan on going scs f5s eventually, but loving the oem look for a while.
